How long will my order take to ship?

We are experiencing a delay in shipping.

Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & APOs usually take an additional 3-4 weeks to arrive via USPS.
For Canadian orders expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks via USPS.

On occasion, there may be shipping delay due to an abnormal spike in sales, epidemics/pandemics, national emergencies, natural disaster, holidays (New Year's Eve/New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day), and weather emergencies including hurricanes, blizzards, or airport/delivery service shutdowns.

Note that for shipping we primarily use UPS for delivery, and they will only make shipments to a valid street address, not to a P.O. Box. The fact is most of our shipments are too large to fit inside P.O. boxes. A package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any Prepared For The Storm or UPS Service or Delivery Guarantee, and may require an address correction charge. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.

We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95.

For Alaska, Hawaii, APOs and Canadian orders, we do not offer free shipping and rates vary based on the weight of the package. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, MPS will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
